Why did I get a Payment Error?

Oh no! Did you receive a "payment error" when trying to complete your Spartan registration?

Your error may have looked like this: 

"We are unable to complete this payment due to an issue with our payment provider. Please contact Registration Support."

Payment errors can be due to a number of issues - insufficient balance on your card, billing zip codes not matching, an expired card, etc. 

If you experience a Payment Issue, our Spartan Customer Support Team will (unfortunately!) not be able to assist and we'll need to send you to the team that manages the payment processing.
