Stadion Volunteering

If you volunteer at a Stadion and choose not to race for free that same weekend then you will be sent a volunteer code for a future Sprint, Super, or Beast ONLY.

Volunteer codes earned at a Stadion event cannot be applied to future Stadion races.

Volunteer Zones

Volunteers will be assigned to specific zones on race day when they check in with the Volunteer manager race morning. An email will be sent to volunteers the week before race day with detailed information on parking and how to check-in. Volunteers can find information on Specific Volunteer shifts through the following link:

Where to Register as a Volunteer

You can register as a volunteer through the following link:

Volunteer Registration

Receiving your Volunteer code

Your race credit will be emailed to you 2 to 3 weeks post the race which you volunteered at.

If you would like to race in the morning and then volunteer in the afternoon, we ask that you pay a cash deposit which would be the cost of the race on race day. Once you have been signed out of your shift your deposit will be given back to you. We request you pay a cash deposit. If you register and pay for an event online we are unable to issue a refund of any kind if you decide to register as a volunteer at a later time.

Volunteer codes are valid for the non-competitive Morning and Afternoon heats only. Volunteer codes will not discount competitive Elite or Age Group heats.

You are welcome to use your volunteer code to register for a non-competitive heat and then upgrade to competitive afterward for an upgrade fee. Please see the link below for more instructions on how to complete a time change:

How to Upgrade to Elite or Age Group

Age Restrictions

Volunteers must be 16 years or older to receive a free future race code. All children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent at all times. While parents are allowed to bring their children with them to volunteer, volunteers MUST be 16 years or older to receive volunteer incentives and a free race.

Deferring Volunteer Codes

I used a volunteer code to register for an event and now I cannot make it. What do I do?

Withdrawing from race PRIOR to race day: You must send an email requesting the withdraw PRIOR to your race day.

You will be withdrawn from the race and a new volunteer code of the same value will be placed in your ChronoTrack account under the coupons tab. Please note the expiration date of your replacement code will be the same as the original code that you were issued.

Withdrawing from a race AFTER race day: Your email requesting to withdraw from a race was received AFTER the race day had passed.

You must send an email noting the new event you would like to transfer to. You will be withdrawn from the missed race and given a new code for the future event of your choice (Beast, Super, or Sprint). The replacement code will only be valid for non-competitive Morning and Afternoon heats. The transfer code will NOT cover the £20 transfer fee.

If you've already paid to defer your race and received a credit for $0, please email us at noting the race you want to transfer to (Beast, Super, or Sprint) and we will generate you a new code. The replacement code will only be valid for non-competitive Morning and Afternoon heats.

If you have any further questions regarding volunteering, please email our team on or our volunteer lead, Nav, on
